We stablished in 1920 it owns or manages 10.4 million square metres of space valued at €23.7 billion serving CUSTOMERs from a wide range of industry sectors. Its properties are located in and around major cities and at key transportation hubs in the UK and in eight other European countries, including Italy and France.
About Us
SEGRO Italy began its operations in Milan offices in 2007 with the acquisition of different assets on Northern Italy.
In 2015 SEGRO acquired Vailog S.r.l., a leading Italian developer, with a track record of 1.5M sq m of space developed since its foundation in 2003, paving the way for SEGRO Italy to grow scale in the development and investment markets across Northern, Central and Southern Italy.
Since the acquisition, SEGRO Italy has developed over 2 M sq m of logistics properties throughout Italy, including Big Box warehouses, City Logistics, and Urban warehouses.
Totaling 3.5 M sq m developed since the foundation of the company.
SEGRO Italy’s current net-of-disposal portfolio is 1.7M sq m, following several strategic disposals to reinvest into the company’s development pipeline.
